During elections the All Progress Congress made a pledge in their manifesto to pay unemployed Nigerians a social package of Five thousand Naira every month, among other packages if they are elected into power!!
http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/192720-apc-vows-to-fulfill-n5000-unemployment-package-other-campaign-promises.html
They even said it will begin THIS YEAR!!!

EVEN the presidents wife advised APC to live up to their promise

APC said VOWED TO PAY

SO now in FEBRUARY 2016
our beloved PRESIDENT now said that he will not PAY !!!!

The god of zombies can never lie, everything he says is okay. He promises them change; wow! that is marvelous. He changes the promise tomorrow or deny it outrightly; Wonderful, that is the best. Zombies life is a slave like life. Only zombies were scammed. We know him right from the 80s, so we never bought his lies. A man who doesn't stand by his words, has nothing like integrity in him though zombies have a new definition for a man of integrity.

The right question should be 'did APC deceive the Zombies'? Not Nigerians!

Well meaning Nigerians never voted for that killer party, unfortunate as it were, they were only 5%.

The rest of the 95% fell for the open scam!

Thank God they have started realizing.

even if you form another party it will still be the same people from PDP and APC, the military are still in charge in case you don't know, a civilian cannot rule Nigeria for now if he does the military will control him or they will send him packing, change can only come if the youth form a new party but where will they get money for funding as you need billions to bribe every where, we have a long way to go, the military are still in power the retire and the non retire general are still in power and in control, change can only come when they are remove but it's not easy
