The Igbo socio-cultural group, Ndigbo Cultural Society of Nigeria(NCSN) has cried out to President Buhari to spare the life of Reverend Chukwuemeka Ezeugo a.k.a Rev king.

Rev King who is the General Overseer of Christian Praying Assembly, a Pentecostal church was indicted for setting ablaze 6 of the church members for alleged immoral acts by which led to the death of one Ann Uzoh.

Rev King was charged by the Lagos State Government on 5 count charges of attempted murder and one count charge of murder where he was found guilty of 5 count charges of attempted murder and one count charge of murder.

The Lagos High Court on the 11 January 2007 sentenced Rev King to 20 years of imprisonment each for the 5 count charges of attempted murder and death by hanging for the murder of Miss Uzoh.
