The last time ABBA MORO went to Kuje prison, he went on inspection.

The name Abba Moro needs no introduction to us. He was the Nigerian minister of interior from july 2011 till may 2015. Under his supervision, the fraud called immigration recruitment was conducted where over 600000 jobless applicant were defrauded by paying the sum of N1000 each.

Despite the tragic event that cost the nation the loss of more than 20 vibrant, able and energetic youths including pregnant women with many injured, he could still move freely with swagger as if nothing happened only because he was protected by the then federal government.

Under his ministry, there are prison service, immigration service, fire service, custom service, Nigeria security and civil defence corps. he had every opportunity to improve the condition of this ministry and all the commissions under it but greed and corruption never allowed him.

Justice Anwuli Chikere said Abba Moro and other accomplice should be remanded in Kuje prison till march 2 for bail application. This indicates that he will sleep in a place he refused to upgrade for two days (subject to extension) despite yearly massive budget allocation.

What goes around comes around. Only if he knows Kuje prison might be his long term abode, renovation of prisons will had been his main focus. i wish they serve him equal food as other inmates.
