Being one of the old generation bank who shouldn't feed fat on the masses in the ongoing dollar speculation, I inquire from first Bank on the current exchange rate of Dollar on Master Card and below is their response. This is very wrong, if the official exchange rate is #199, the commercial bank shouldn't be making #126 profit on a dollar. Are commercial banks sourcing for dollar from BDC? #SafeNairaNow.
