We are looking to recruit a Telecoms Segment Sales Professional for our office in Ikoyi, Lagos.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in selling telecommunications equipment to the following client categories:

• Operators (Zain, MTN etc.)
• OEM’s (Ericsson, Motorola and Huawei)
• Telecoms site build companies and Co-location providers (Helios, Ihs and the likes)

Education:

• Degree – mandatory
• Engineering degree – advantage
• Technological background – advantage

Experience:

• 5 years sales experience in Telecom Industry & relTelecomsmpanies:
• Experience in continuous, complex processes of sales to large institutes
• Background in sales to telecoms and telecoms infrastructure

Desired:
• Proven experience in developing business activities in the telecom sector
• A highly entrepreneurial spirit with a make it happen in a positive attitude and approach
• Ability to work closely with executives and employees at all levels and all parts of their organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal relations; ability to establish and nurture collaborations with external custocollaborations.
• Able to mobilize and motivate internal/external resources to achieve desired result, Importance of understanding customer's needs and presenting their solutions
• Fluency in English coupled with exceptional report writing and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Help grow our Nigerian and subsequently West African market share asubsequently the strategy and tactics to grow existing account and meet targets planed.
• Contacting prospective customers, screening inquiries, interfacing with customer, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up ongoing projects.
