Below is the description of various documents you are entitled to when you purchase a property from us.

Certified of occupancy: This is a certificate of occupancy document given by Lagos state government for title registration. It is a proof that the rights over the property has been given to a person, organization or community. Our property has this and you will receive certified true copy of this when you buy our property.

Registered survey: This is the duly registered copy of the actual drawing of the property from the surveyor’s general office and once you have completed the payment it carries your ownership claim and actual size of the property.

Contract of sales: Is a legal document Issue by our company to you binding both parties. It specifies the terms and condition applicable with your purchase and payments for the property. You will receive it after your first installment or outright payment.

Deed of Assignment: This is a document giving to you total rights of the plots) of the property you now own. You will receive this after excision is given on the property by the government..
