Over a year now, rumors has it that the Melody master Charass has left his signed in record label, the MMM Records, a popular music brand here in Jos who moved down to Lagos some years ago to expand its brand. The MMM which simply means "Matured Money Minds" is managed by one Mr Tochukwu the brother to popular Nigerian footballer and Chelsea midfielder Mikel Obi.

After all rumors, it came to reality as Charass made it officially known to his fans that he is no longer interested to be part of the MMM Records.

According to an inside source, it all started when Charass requested to shoot two of his videos which each would cost a million Naira totaling 2 million. The manager Tochukuw made the money available by giving it to Charass after he left for Kenya and shoot just one video the popular "I Don See" that you all know. When asked about the second video, Charass not being able to give a reasonable answer on what he did with rest of the money lead to an exchange of words between him and the manger. After all said and done, Charass was dismissed from the record.
