Have you ever felt like you increase in size and weight each time you eat much?, or do you just want to maintain your body shape ?

Maintaining your body shape is very easy,but there are some disciplines you need to apply to yourself to keep your body in its normal shape.

1.Exercise:obesity is fast spreading around the world and the need to exercise becomes very important.the automobiles we use for transport has sometimes made it easy for humans such trekking or walking becomes irrelevant.but do you know that walking about 2000 steps can also help you lose weight?, yes it can,in your spare time,you can just do a little walking you know.

3.Eat apples: like the saying goes’ an apple a day keeps the doctor away’ apples contain 15% of vitamin C. this is the total amount of vitamin C your body should take each day to help every part of your body to be healthy.

It also contains antioxidant agents that can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cancer diseases.

4.Decrease salt intake: if you love to add seasonings in your dish, you should note that the excessive amount of salt taken can cause high blood pressure.the high blood pressure condition makes you to be risky in getting heart disease and kidney disease.

5.Drink water: always take a sufficient amount of water everyday. Drinking water early in the morning before breakfast helps to flush out toxic waste from your body.

The secret is to drink 8-10 glasses of water every day.

6.Eat balanced meals: rigidly starving yourself is not achievable long term. Strive for healthy well balanced meals that are both tasty and nutritious.

Keep unhealthy snacks and meals to a minimum like perhaps once a week level.because total deprivation will only result in frustration,boredom and binges.

Finally,eat well balanced meals and please don’t starve yourself.
