Earlier today rumors has been circulated and and carried by some Blogs in Nigeria that one Ibrahim Shamwifu made a history in Nigeria by scoring 399 out of 400 in the 2016 JAMB UTME. Close friend to Ibrahim who also wrote together with him said Ibrahim never scored 399 rather he got 199. He further added that the published result online was a Photoshop copy.
