HOW BLUCLICK SATELLITE INTERNET WORKS

Similar to satellite TV, Satellite Internet is beamed directly to your home via a signal from our satellites in space. This is what makes Satellite Internet available just about anywhere (including internet in rural areas) – there’s no need to worry about landlines or phone lines. Satellite internet is a fast, effective and excellent alternative to 4G LTE and slower wireless services.

HERE’S HOW SATELLITE INTERNET FROM BLUCLICK WORKS:

You’re on your laptop or tablet and you click on your favorite website. The signal goes to your BluClick modem (or through your router first if you have one), then through a short cable to the dish outside your home.
The signal is beamed up to our satellite
The satellite beams the signal down to one of our large antennas on the ground.
The antenna delivers the signal to the main internet.


This all happens at the speed of light, giving you download speeds of up to 15 Mbps in some areas. The signal goes back and forth in a fraction of a second, allowing you to get online, stream music and videos and send large emails quickly and smoothly. BLUCLICK SATELLITE DISH
The dish for your BluClick Internet is about the same size as a modern satellite TV antenna dish and is professionally mounted on your roof, side of your home or on a sturdy nearby pole. You’ll need an exclusive BluClick dish to receive BluClick Satellite Internet – you cannot use a satellite TV dish. BluClick dish is made by Newtec.

BLUCLICK MODEM
About the size of a large book, you can put the modem on your desk or stick it in a closet next to your router. BluClick Modem requires a wifi router for wireless access however, you can connect your cable directly. BluClick modem is made by Newtec.

For a 75cm dish complete equipment, you can get it for N95,000

Bigger dish 98cm dish complete equipment is N167,500.

If you have an existing VSAT and the dish is bigger than 90cm, you do not have to buy a complete equipment. All you have to pay for is a migration kit of N75,000. The migration kit contains the indoor modem and the outdoor unit (LNB/BUC). If you have ku, ka or C band you can migrate them and pay lesser.

Seriously your services seems very costly. People in Nigeria today go after quick and flexible internet providers such that it is easy to go about with. Not some big permanently stationed modem and dish. You can only sell your products to corporate bodies; banks, hotels etc.
