The newly inaugurated environmental Taskforce was in action today at Agbor with the task of ensuring that residence ensure compliance with environmental laws and breath of fresh air.

His Excellency, Sen Dr Ifeanyi Okowa wants Delta State to be clean and he is walking the talk.

SMART Ambassadors urge residents to cooperate with government, comply with environmental laws and ensure that our environment is healthy for all Deltans.

Okowa is less than a year as governor of Delta State, but has done so much with the available resources, Roads are being constructed in Agbor, yes Agbor is dirty hence the governor is clearing the heaps of refuse that littered the environment. Pls can you name the roads that are being constructed in agbor? Don't come here and be naming roads that were constructed by NDDC. Just name one. So one year is not enough to work? Is that ur reason? Delta state has the third highest internal revenue, coming behind Lagos and Rivers state. So what are your reasons? Other state governors has been pro active. But Okowa, very slow. Slower that Buhari. Governor Okowa has one of the bloated political appointments in Nigeria. He has about 50 SAs. Yet he would pay civil servants on time claiming that there is no money, then where does he get money to be paying his appointees? Even Uduaghan that was bad is not as bad as this. Cos Uduaghan pays civil servants before 26th of every month. Well, as you said, it's still early to judge. But bear it in mind, it's remaining roughly 3yrs now and agbor or asaba has not seen any new developments. Why not beautify asaba towards the bridge head like Anambra did and evict all the Hausas that are messing up that environment. Asaba is the state capital of Delta state and should be a city to reckon with.

Many of your likes are too blind to appreciate good work, unfortunately we can't help you. However, we have not said Okowa is not working, we stand boldly to state the obviously obvious that Okowa has performed excellently well in his 9 months of governing Delta State.

You asked for one (1) road under construction in Agbor, I will not mention one (1) but two (2) though road projects are more than these in Agbor
