I am trying to download a new blogger template for my blog, from this website http://www.ourblogtemplates.com/

but anytime I press download and it starts downloading, this is the message I get:

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Is my laptop missing something, that is stopping me from downloading any of the template.
