Biafra: FG wants to eliminate Nnamdi Kanu

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Tuesday, alleged of plots by the Federal Government to eliminate its detained leader, Nnamdi Kanu through the Department of State Services, DSS.
The group claimed that the plan would be perfected through a programmed motor accident on Kanu’s way to the court.

Mr. Emma Powerful, the IPOB’s head of media and publicity, who made the allegation said “the plan was perfected by the DSS and the FG to be executed by the prison authorities.


“The IPOB intelligence were on the course and discovered why DSS accused the family of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB family of planing to kidnap the director of radio Biafra on his way to the Federal High Court.
“The IPOB worldwide family are calling on the international community, Amnesty International and all relevants human right organizations to take note and caution the FG and DSS; if anything happens to the leader of IPOB, we will not take it easy.

“For this reason, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will not go to court again because his life is in danger, until adequate security is assured for his life. Latest Plan of the Zoo-niGERia against Nnamdi Kanu....... DSS wanted to prepare for the assassination of Kanu by first planting the news in the media that his family, that is his mother, brother and sister were planning to abduct him from under the noses of a combined ring of military power that guard the courts anytime his case comes up.

How can three civilians which includes an old woman kidnap somebody in a court room guarded by the army, police, riot police, DSS armed units and armed prison guards? The corrupt judge John Tsoho cleverly allowed them to present this allegation in court to justify overturning his previous of no masquerade trial.

Surprise surprise masquerade trial is back on. What the government is doing is to set the minds of the people to the possibility that Kanu could be abducted anytime by those desperate for his release. During such an occasion they will kill him in their planned motor accident by claiming criminals attacked them.The judge cited a case in Ivory Coast as justifying his u-turn to order secret trial when he's presiding over a case in Nigeria. The judge is so ignorant or blinded by his prejudice that he does not know that Francophone civil law is different from common law practised in Commonwaelth countries.

Judge Tsoho does not know the jurisprudence which he is presiding over. To compare the case of our leader Kanu to Gbagbo of Ivory Coast is the height of judicial buffoonery.

Fg will only try but will keep failing. Chukwu Okike Abiama is with Nnamdi Kanu and will always protect him.
