I need a bulk sms site that can be used to send sms worldwide. I intend to make it free. These are the specs:
Worldwide reach
No registration / login.
It would allow sms to about 7 numbers or less at once (i.e 7 sms units or less at once).
The 'SEND' button will be on the next page after the message and number page. My budget is 5000 naira. IT would be a free sms site Thanks

Ok. I thought I saw one offer like dat or something sometime ago on Nairaland. Lik hw much can one get a reseller site ?

Even if the site is going to be developed free of charge, 5000Naira cant cater for cost of hosting and domain name.

Anywhere from 15,000 naira. You might be lucky to see 10,000 naira but that would be with less features
