List Of The Best & Most Affordable States In The Western Part Of Nigeria by Ade3000yrs(m): 3:48am On Mar 11, 2016
I have listed the states in their relative order of importance having employed the following reliable parameters which are 1. Security, 2.Power Supply, 3.Affordability of Food items & Agricultural activities but not petroleum oil nor mineral resources, as an individual can easily go into agriculture to empower himself and for grassroot development but unlike the case of Mineral, Petroleum and Natural Resources Exploration, because only the Federal government reserve the power to issue licence for oil explorations to Multinationals solely for National interest in most cases, the indigenes are not the direct beneficiaries, 4.Hospitality, Liberality, Receptive Cultural Codes & Amiability with foreigners and people from other tribes, 5.Affordable housing & ease of access to lands, 6. Tax incentives & Social infrastructures such as Education & Health, 7.Economic activities & markets, 8.Civil Servants at all levels, 9.Industries and agro allied, 10. Friendly environmental conditions and landscape (Freezing Natural AC like you have in the North at Night) 11.Mosquito free or drasticaly reduced considering theory of the higher you go away from the mangrove swamp and rainforest belt of Nigeria, the colder it is at night making it less possible for mosquito to breed, absence of water logs and blocked canals, 11.Transportation System & affordability, 12.Presence of Multinational Corporations. The List of the Most Peaceful, most affordable, and most liberal (Best) Western states are as follows: 1.Osun 2.Kwara 3.Ekiti, 4.Ondo, 5.Oyo, 6.Ogun, 7.Lagos (Badagry, Ikorodu & Epe ). Note that Osun, Ekiti, Ondo, and Oyo are the only western states that has the most affordable housing, affordable food and most affordable schools for children in their Capital Cities which extends periodically to the rest of the states except for Ile Ife in Osun which often give some people a bitter experience and view about the affordability of the states due to its school which is OAU that is sited in the heart of Ile-Ife, It is a City of its Own class and for people with a taste for Class, its a City you will like to visit for the sight of its Cultural heritage, museum and zoological garden is a tourist sight. Apart from this major reasons, Life away from the Capital cities of the western states are all very affordable. Yes it is amazingly affordable that you can get a 3 bedroom flat in Ikorodu in Lagos as low as #72,0000 Naira per year but the poor power supply, transportation and traffic can be Such a big disappointment as it can cripple and frustrate your efforts with time. Note that It is best to stay clear of all Universities settlement area if your aim is to settle down so that you will not be disappointed except if you are are student. little is known about Osun state until lately, apart from the story of the scandal of the government owing the salary and arrears of workers. The People from Osun has far more comparative environmental advantage and quality of life than people on the suburb of Lagos. Affordable school fees for your wards and kids. It is good for starter and established productions and industry. People from Osun are by far better health wise, even with a modest earning and modest living. You have no reason to be crazy or desperate in this state. that's the spirit of Osun, just as it is in Oyo, Kwara, Ekiti, Ondo and Ogun. Osun, been "The Home of the living spring," You get almost a 73% discount on most commodities and food item, plus rents compare to Lagos. Believe it or not, its the safest state in the west. It is good for all kinds of legal and productive ventures to include agriculture. The people are peaceful and hospitable plus the security patrol are 24/7 on guard. Osun to me is like a small London or Small California. Osun is a state that boast of the largest power supply in the entire western state of Nigeria, its almost 24hours. 23hours on the average. Osun is not a cheap state full of poor people but its a state affordable for everybody. Its a village but its full of modest cities and town. If you think you have all the luxuries and happenings in Lagos, I can sacrifice my time to show you around. I tell people that Lagos is not meant for everybody. It is believed that the western states of Nigeria are the safest. I have traveled far and wide and transverse the nook and crany of Nigeria, Believe it or not, Osun is the Safest State in the Entire Nigeria!! It is the honest truth. The government invest heavily on security and psyche of peoples need for peaceful coexistence and community policing and he is not ready to compromise on this. If you are productive and have something productive you are doing, Osun state is a place to be. I have an established network and reliable link in all the 7 Western states and in all the most live able and most affordable parts of Nigeria to include the North, East, West, Middle belt and South. Of course there are other fantastic places to stay in Nigeria Just as Niger Minna is Currently the most liveable place to stay in Nigeria considering that its the only Northern States to have outrun Jos and Kaduna and the only lucky Northern states to be void of tribal and civil unrest. Its Hospitable and a perfect place for Agricultural venture without digging hole in your pocket. I encourage people to move out of the over heated Mega cities of Nigeria which are Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Kaduna, Calabar to other more affordable parts of the Nigerian States to engage their savings in productive agricultural and industrial ventures to stimulate the Nigerian Economy. It has been predicted that 65 million people in the Nigerian cities will be living under abject poverty by 2025 if you can not make #150,000 a month, then you will only be considered as hanging on like the other city survivals. Nigeria as a country cannot continue to be sustained by our oil dependency and our consumption culture. Nigeria was a country designed for Agricultural strength and not for oil, as about 78% of its land is left unhabited and idle is its yet untapped for its original purpose, only 22% of its landmass holds human settlement and industrial activities. 92% of Nigerian total consumption are all imported. That is where all our money and federal budget goes because we are barely producing anything. That is why our Nigerian Naira has continue to get its harsh treatment from the dollar. Its because we are only buying with almost everything we earn and we are not selling, producing or exporting outside Nigeria. Despite government annual budget in trillions of Naira to salvage the economy, Nigeria has continue to fall economically since 1970 after the heat of the 1967 & 1970 Civil war.
As long as we continue to take sides and throw blames with accusing fingers, we all part of this colossal renegade and loss. I have a list of affordable Agricultural business plan of modest budget with savvy of advanced mechanized farming in the area of Crop and animal production which you can buy into to have it established in the state of your choice or its equivalent. The business plan guarantees returns and economic stimulation in the shortest time as you will get my full intellectual and technical support from farm set up to production and down to marketing. This will create jobs for the unemployed youths and the host community. lets not lose our resourceful youths to the dellussions of the tech world observatory social media, its like "selling a mirror to the Red Indians in exchange for all his lands and cattle and telling him each time he looks in the mirror he will see himself close to heaven." Poverty is the fundamental cause of violence and grievances among the locals. Lets stop telling lies to our Children that Agriculture is for poor people. The richest men in the world are people into Agriculture, its just that they maintain a low profile and distance themselves away from Forbes and the media; among all only Dangote is in the lime light because his stock was quoted in the Nigerian capital market, You will never know this truth except you are a good reader. about 650 farmers in China alone are 10 times richer than Dangote, about 250 farmers in India are Richer than Dangote, about 250 farmers in the USA are richer than Dangote, about 220 farmers in Russia are Richer than Dangote. 39 of all the past American Presidents had farms that feed the American people to set examples, when some of the USA President where asked by the press why they do agriculture they said Pres Frankline Delanor Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan said everybody wants to eat and enjoy the ambience of the city but never cared about who is producing the food. Just as we have some retired Generals and past head of States into doing great in the Nigerian Agriculture. from the For enquiry on properties and Accommodation in all the other most livable states in Nigeria and for partnership in Agricultural projects as I have a list of established reliable links in almost all the states, call me on 09099176956, 09022605663, 08141208884.
