What is the ratio of first class degrees to the total number of graduates out of "Harvard and other good universities" per session? Juxtapose that with Babcock for instance. Or Unical. So long as you call it a standard, then the institution must enforce what they think is right. In the long run, it is in the best interest of the student. I have been in an interview panel where a 2.1 graduate of Madonna was unable to write an error-free Application for Employment, or an essay on "My First day at Work". Graduating from Unical is tough. That is their standard. No apologies about it.
