my itel phone 1502 has been giving me recurring signs of low storage capacity despite having a 4gig capacity and an 8 gig external storage. All applications on my phone is less than 2 gig. please, how do I solve this problem. thanks

Hi Olubode01, as for the problem you mentioned, you can try to move your files to external storage and delete some files that you do not use usually. If there is still problem, you can try to restore factory settings, but remember to back up important files. Thank you!
