seunmsg:buhari can stop it, the same way he stopped naira devaluation. Buhari is head of government now, he takes responsibility for good and bad things that happen during his tenure same way others did. Asking if its government or cbn thru banks benefit; is not government that owns cbn? Just like nnpc, npa, firs, ncs(customs) & others, cbn is a good source of revenue to government, with tsa policy now in place, cbn is now no. 1 in nigeria that is the sole reason why all strong apc chieftains (northerners) are putting their sons and daughters there. Hope u av seen the list. 1 Like 1 Share |

Yorubasgreat:Naaah, leave God out of it ma'am, he that is faithful to start a thing should also be faithful to complete it. When the critical few was telling you guys before the election that these people can't be from God as they were claiming, some of you thought we were mad. The most painful type of pain is the pain of regret and a lot of Nigerians will experience this pain terribly because of the decision they took. So leave God out of it, what you sow is what you reap. Prepare because the worst is yet to happen. 1 Like |

No more change. This is negative change. Lemme go empty my account today. I now hate APC, Buhari and his government. A change where billions are spent on cars, traveling. Now we have to pay them for corruption and encourage them to continue. Thunder fire change. GEJ is even better. Even if there is nothing he did, we didn't suffer like this. I eat twice a day with one of the meal including garri. Buhari cares less. Shame on him. I dey angry. |

Very good development let's assume 50 milkion Nigerians hv naira ATM cards dats 2.5 billion per month and automatically its 300b per year... Nawa ooo by the time our govt add up all other banking charges they might mk approx 1 trillion per year.... The most painful thing is if one bigman or godfather ends up embezzling this money |

Re: CBN Introduces New Charges On ATM Cards, Cheques by Nobody: 6:35am On Mar 16, 2016 |
If this is true then our CBN Governor should watch it, this is not Zenith bank. He should not begin to impose charges on a nation like the commercial banks to do customers. What is the 100 naira monthly charges for? does cbn provide the infrastructure for this charges? with due respect i think the idea is stupid and wicked. Power is to be exercised with caution, this is total recklessness. let Cbn do it job which is to regulate the commercial banks and stablise our exchange rate and reserve. Revenue generation is not a core objective. baebae: |

DuchessLily: APC supporters reason thru their butt hole (I didn't mention any moniker before someone jumps in and bans me). I wish to ask the seunmsg guy if it's not during GEJ's administration that the #100 charge when one withdraws outside his bank ATM was abolished. If it wasn't during GEJ that charges for corporate accounts were reduced from #3 per thousand withdrawn to #1 per thousand withdrawn. GEJ never imposed any #50 tax on us. Emefiele didn't impose ridiculous charges on every possible transactions on us back then, so why is he doing all these during the administration of the all knowing and mighty god of the gullibles called Mumuhammado Mumuhary? I see some fools talking about other countries. They are talking without using their heads. The countries they are talking about, what or where does Nigeria reach them? Is it in good roads, power distribution (of which the tariff has been increased by 51% but nothing to show for it. Even one fool that claims to have been to a more civilized country is hailing Buhari, saying he reached a peak of 4000mw where as Prof Berth under reach about 4800mw during his time under GEJ), social welfare programmes, minimum wage, security, the leaders of those countries surely earn far less than ours, etc.? In the so called country, taxation of this magnitude is not channeled to students and some supposed unemployed unlike this hellhole of a country we're in. I really wish for these sycophants to tell me what Buhari is doing with all the recovered loots, all the money generated by the TSA, etc, that he does not only have to borrow to finance the fraudulent The truth of the matter is that Nigerians will never reap the fruit of good leadership when the Nigerian wealth either goes into maintaining robust salaries and allowances of those crooks at the top or is outrightly embezzled. |
