Everyone should take notice of the FEVERISH ACCELERATION of distribution of voters' cards in the Southeast, between Feb 17 and March 12. This is INECs very own Document.
Why didn't INEC distribute voters cards in the Southeast the same time they were distributing in other zones.
This is just for discussion purposes only.
But when one cup of rice sells for 100 naira, well, even the billionaires will feel the heat.

1. Southwest living peacefully received 66% of their voters' card.
2. Northeast who were largely in REFUGEE CAMPS received 85% of their voters' cards.
3. On Feb 14, voters cards for the Southwest & Southeast were yet to be delivered to INEC from printers in China.
4. On Feb 14 Jega had already DISTRIBUTED, or DEPOSITED with the Mosques and Emirs the voters' cards for the Northeast & Northwest.
5.
you keep churning out misinformation . who told you voters card for sw & se were yet to be delivered from china on feb 14? if there actually any yet to be delivered cards on feb . 14, it must be those who newly registered at the dine minute, which was a little percentage of the whole, it was more of ready but uncollected PVCs. I am in SW, i had collected my pvc since 2014, even ekiti and osun states had bye elections in 2014 using PVCS. Collection of pvc cards rate can be attributed to several factors, which could be voters apathy and relocation e.t.c

What is northeast were largely in refugee camps?. There are 6 north east states, 3 of it had relative peace, gombe, taraba and bauchi, of the other 3 states, it was not the whole part of the states that were engulfed by the insurgency, Also, some of the displaced camp, elections were held as PVCs were also distributed.

Stop whining, first you came up with distribution of 40% of pvc in SE, when actually over 85% collected., now it is NE in refugee camps.

Jega was actually referring to individuals with your kind of mindset, once something doesnt go your way, you keep convincing yourself with false reasons. The essence of being educated is to broaden your mind, and learn to see things objectively, but i have observed for many, even a dozen Phds will not cure them of your kind of illusion.

MOGPRAISE:
Time shall tell Prof., u will definitely explain more in the future. 1.9million votes in kano and others.....
1.9 milion votes in Kano for APC, but 1.4 million votes in rivers, 1.3 million votes in delta all for PDP all looks right to you right?

Your ilks are what JEGA was referring to. Officially, Kano is the most populated state, it had close to 5 million pvcs collected, roughly 50% of those who collected PVCs voted on election day.

Then Jega the Election Rigger, rigged out President Jonathan, by distributing 95% voters' card in the Northeast, where many counties were in scattered REFUGEE CAMPS, as their homes were occupied by Boko Haram, so Jega deposited their voters' cards in the mosques or the Emirs' palaces.
In the Southeast where Jonathan could get 5(five) million votes Jega distributed only 40%, & refused to deposit the cards in village churches or Traditional Rulers. Lagos received less than 50% of their voters' card.
It's now time to look into these things as Jega has started talking about them.

Did Jega RIG the election of 2015, or not? Why is Jega LAMENTING that students are better than the politicians he installed? When things get really bad, he may just migrate, not to Arab countries, but to the USA, the great Satan.

Jega rigged out GEJ! If I hear. Was it not the same Jega that conducted election where GEJ won , while PMB loose? Accept defeat and stop wailing.

If Jega is guilty of this, there is probability that he rigged out PMB in the past too. Get your fact right.
