I have been receiving calls from friends and family members asking for confirmation if there was an announcement for a dusk to dawn curfew in Rivers State ahead of tomorrow's rerun election. I am currently at work in far away Onne and can't seem to verify from any other source for now. I heard there's apprehension everywhere in Port Harcourt as rumors are flying here and there of curfew tonight |
