valencia25, did you take the picture yourself? If so, when was it taken? If not, where did you get it from? The bridge was closed for repairs in 2014.

It was the Third mainland bridge that was closed. This one is just before Ogudu after Ifako bus stop.

This bridge is one place I know in Lagos where there is still traffic jam by 11pm.

All bridges should have a regular inspection schedule that is photographed and monitored.

I was wondering if the OP is a scavenger because for him to have been in that place he must be a scavenger or he went there to smoke something.
