Can't still believe this, while millions of Nigerians are wailing about the electricity Bill hike by PHED, here's what we are being billed for the month of March. The only change I've noticed on the bill is the increase on the rate per Kwh from 15.09 to 24.91 per Kwh.

approach any nearby PHED office close to you, get there n find out who's in-charge of your area n get it resolved, else it'll get higher.....

Maybe u must have been indebted before or they gave u estimated reading on ur bill. If not,i think billing dis month was totally different because now its wat u use dat u pay for not in d past wen weda u use light or not there was a fixed charge. I have #123 also on my bill dis month.
