You should be more introspective before commenting in a public forum. New users to our platform get 5 free Ads and the affected person had all those Ads posted that have now been removed. You can still see other ads, including pet ads from other seller posted. The user has been terminated, and all his Ads removed from all postings, both on our platform and externally

Don't come online and make a fool of yourself with dodgy comprehension skills.

I really should not engage you anymore on this but for posterity let me address your points:

1. Our Terms and Conditions state clearly that users are responsible for their posts. We have to see verifiable evidence before we act. That was done immediately we saw the original images and trail for the items in question

2. A user is not obligated to use his ID picture or image in his product post. Imagine a firm with more than one staff, any other staff can be in their product Ad and that would be just fine. There is no obligation to use the same image in the ID to market their product.

3. The Voters card ID used tallies with the name on the account and AD. That is a Government issued ID. By law, you have to respect that. Imagine you travel with a Nigerian passport outside the country and people begin to doubt if the name on the passport is that of the bearer. It is not done.
We also verify phone numbers using a security OTP at point of registration. Every seller can be traced, that is the way our platform is securely designed.

4. We asked repeatedly from the beginning to see some evidence, You did not provide any. Imagine this scenario, if you have competitors and they attempt to tarnish you online without evidence. That can't be right. That was why we asked for direct evidence. We got some not all and we still acted. I believe we have acted as an impartial arbiteur, and correctly too.

I believe if you read the fine print on our Terms and Conditions, you will find all the liability requirements for users and the platform. Users are responsible for their posts. However, if we find any intent to mislead or scam, then we have to act. I believe we have acted based on the picture and history you provided. It still does not prove anyone was scammed or lost money but the trail is enough to prove a misleading post. If anyone was scammed or lost money, that would be a criminal case.

And you should learn to have evidence before throwing allegations. We stated from the beginning that we wanted to see evidence. You had none. Someone else did. It is wrong and unlawful to act on mere allegations without evidence. We got the evidence now provided by someone else, not you. Seller has been sanctioned and will be removed from our platform.
We do not tolerate that kind of behavior on our platform. That is the exact reason we require every seller to provide a verifiable Government issued ID along with Phone numbers which we verify.

Although I never use NAIRALANDFORUM before, I av to register n signin coz of dis matter, I Youngsammy kennelysk is the rightful owner of those male puppies German Shepherd showline and more over I av sold them all, I firstly sold one of those puppies to one of our client MR ABRAHAM at UYO on August 27th, 2020, I attached how the dog was Waybill in the basket and also decided to keep the second male puppy, which I name him MARIO, and later decided to sell at his 4month age on the 21st of October 2020.in which the woman client who got him came and visit from ikorodu with his Vet Dr Joseph to pick up, In which she is d one holding d dog in the picture attached, I also attached the parents mating picture.

Let no body pay to that lowlife idiot, those puppies are sold for 300k each and not 60k

I believe there is a number listed on the Ad. Only the seller can tell you if they are sold or still available

You cannot be judge, jury and accuser at same time. That's not how it works

You supported someone that said he was scammed and when challenged, you admit you have no evidence.
The only thing you keep talking about is some random Young Sammy. Like we have said, the seller put up German Shepherd Puppies for sale not Young Sammy for sale.
Till we see the evidence that there is no German Shepherd Puppies for sale or that someone has been scammed or lost money, we cannot go against the seller.

Either bring evidence or stay on the sidelines. You are at the risk of maligning a seller, if you do not have that evidence.

My friend, you guys are supporting the assertion that someone got scammed and lost money due to the seller Ad. You still have not brought any evidence of the scam. Bringing random phone numbers here is not evidence of a scam. The issue at stake is German Shepherd Puppies for sale not the picture of a human being in the Ad. Anyone can use any picture that depicts what they are trying to sell.

We need to see evidence that someone was scammed and lost money as claimed. We will not hesitate to blacklist the seller, once evidence is provided of any wrongdoing or scam.

Did the seller give you another breed of dog after paying for German Shepherd Puppies? Tell us exactly how you got scammed and lost money due to the activities of the seller.

I strongly advice you probe the scammer, who is claiming to be Emmanuel, as this May affect your platform. I can provide all evidence that whoever claimed to be in that pic is not true, and also that those pups are not available, you will get the details of those pups, in their current homes and all. Simply take down these posts.

Please do so and let's see the evidence. We have said bring the evidence and you are only saying you would. There is a difference between would and have.
I don't know about you and the country you live in, but i believe we live in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Nigerian Government issues Voters Card, which is a valid ID anywhere in the country. When your Government issued ID says you are Mr X, by law, we have to trust it.

Please help everyone and bring forth the evidence, so we can take the necessary steps. This is too much drama

The seller has offered more pictures of the same German Shepherd Puppies on sale. He is sure of what he is selling.

The advert is a total scam, puppies are not located in yaba, and the man in that picture is clearly not the one advertising.

Please be sure of what you are saying. All sellers on our platform are required to turn in a photo ID issued by the Government, with their details clearly shown before they can post any Ad on our platform. This seller has a photo ID with us and can be traced without any issues.

But we need to see evidence of any scam. So far you are only throwing allegations. Please back it up with some evidence so we can handle it from our end.
