Secondly: if you are interested in the note 8 pro with 64gb of rom,better go for the the ones in naija already and save your self the stress of paying for those shipping fee and unfortunate custom fee even the lengthy delivery process

Thanks, I know it is the pro. Note 8, 128gb in 9ja is 70k (which isn't available and no one knows when it will be), the note 8 pro I posted will be 71k on 11/11. But, as you noted the options on shipping fee etc is true.

Thanks, do the trusted sellers sell global version or global ROM cos, I bought note 3 pro through a Nairaland vendor and found out it was the global ROM that was sold to me.

I've paid for customs charges once and that was last year. Bought 2 Redmi note 5 and the post office man brought one to my house(used 5h to claim that) and said the other was seized by customs that I'd have to go to their office. On getting there, I was charged 3k plus.

From my point of view based on the review that o got on YouTube concerning [b][/b]REDMI NOTE 8 PRO,
I think the phone is more powerful and sweeter than the regular[b][/b]NOTE 8,it can handle absolutely everything thrown at it because of the chipset but the low key there is the MTK G90T built on 12nm which tends to get hot on extreme settings on hrs of gaming.
As for the battery life (4500mah)on paper but in reality it hardly matches other 4000 capacity ba3 because the mtk that was embedded on it isn't known for power efficient,
I saw a video where it was pit against other phones with 4000mah,even 3800 yet note 8 pro ran out of juice long before them about 5hrs+ SOT compared to others 7 to 9hrs+ SOT.
so know what you want and go for it,
More importantly its your money and choice

I've watched a lot of videos also and the heating issue is almost if not the same with other device out there. Watched one between N8pro and Realme XT with same game, same time and at the end, it was virtually the same thing.

Same thing I want to hear, reasons why MTK is bad and good. I watched a YouTube video where someone used the pro and realme xt I think with Snapdragon to play the same game for the same time. And the hotness was the same. As for camera, I rarely take pictures. Left to me, camera is the last thing I go for in a phone. Then, for tweaking, I don't understand that, can you give me examples of what you meant by that. Thanks

The Note 8T is not meant for everyone. Some countries in Europe with high NFC adoption and probably India and China are the ones getting it.

They removed the NFC in note 8 pro for the Indian market because they rarely use it and instead gave them a dedicated SIM slot.
