The main heroes of democracy are the Hausa/fulanis who were critical of buhari's governance during his 8 years in office. However, it is quite obvious that people from a particular region have historically being vocal against such wanton killings in Nigeria from the very first bomb blast by boko haram in Nigeria. It was the north in collusion with the current region in power that influenced the stopped hejirika's onslaught and further institutionalised the killings by enthroning their grand patron as president.
