Never heard of him being perfect rather they say he was a good and just man.

In him was life and the life was the light of men(John1:4).

For in him dwelleth the fullness of the godhead bodily(Col.2:9)

The above made Him perfect.

He was temperamental at some point ....I think he is the most perfect man to have grazed the earth but he wasn't perfect.

How do you even conclude it applies in the case of when he drove people out of the temple(if that is where you conclude He was temperamental).You need to study what led to that event and the prophecy that even spoke of it.

That Jesus has linked us to God's extravagant grace that would cover for all our lapses, is the explanation of the verse you quoted. It has very little to do with the fact that Jesus was perfect

His emotional state was that of zeal(passion) not the temperamental you talk about.He was moved by zeal.

David as a prophet under the anointing prophesied.David was not talking about himself(David).He spoke of someone else.
You see you need to understand scriptures beyond just words written.

Zeal- great energy or enthusiasm in pursuit of a cause or an objective.
Temperamental-(of a person) liable to unreasonable changes of mood.

Zeal and temperamental are not the same.
