Yunusa has been granted bail in the sum of 3 million
naira (note that this sum is not to be deposited in Court.

It will be paid if and only if Yunusa jumps bail) with 2
sureties one of which must be a renown traditional title
holder and the other must be a civil servant of not less
than grade 12 and must be a resident of the jurisdiction of the Court.

His counsel shall sign an undertaking guaranteeing his availability to stand trial.

I guess the bail is within the confines of the law and discression of the court. As bad as his offence is, I think the bail is not out of place.
