I learnt that the Police staff College is situated at Bukuru, so for the benefit of those coming through Abuja route, you drop at Bukuru. You need not reach Jos.

any specialist under interview and general duty under reserve are not meant to be in the police college yet, there was a circular to that effect from force headquarters to the various police colleges and command on 30th dec.

Ceenelly:
