Good evening fellas/prospective officers, please I'm a bit worried as I don't have a primary school certificate but a testimonial. I also have a statement of result from my university.

In the case of the former, I went back to the primary school but was told my set and those in Fct do not have certificate but what they would do, is to issue out an attestation letter to me to avoid doubts.

please guys,will this two be a problem during the course of the screening?

From the PDF files I have seen so far of invited candidates for states, at average every PDF document has around 350 pages and 52 names per page.

Do the math. That's around 18,000 invited per state for positions which I heard is for about 200 slots per state for general duties. 18,000 candidates chasing slots meant for 200 people? That's roughly just 1% of the invited folks.

May God save Nigerian youths from this menace called unemployment. Amen!

Actually I called someone I know and he confirmed it was done using computerized method,then he was like if your name is not on this list there is nothing anyone can do about,so I said if truly is computer based then there is no way my name would not be there,
Also doctor that was quarreling you should try and attend the interview because your name must be there,i misplaced my sim that there could ha love possible sent message to

For those who have gotten SMS and have checked and seen there names on the short list but have not received any email message I think I can clarify a bit.

I believe we will get our email messages sometime later. From the SMS it says the screening will run from 6th to 25th of June. It is only commonsensical to assume we will definitely get our invites before the screening expires. (perhaps sometime next week. They are obviously sending the messages in batches) So no need to panic yet. Just keep looking out as instructed in their website psc.gov.ng and in our email addresses. Hopefully we will get the invite. But it is essential we remain calm and do not panic as per those planning to gate crash the screening centres. Such headless chicken approach will bear little fruit and prove damningly expensive. Thank you.

From what I heard at the state police command oyo state....the screening would be done in 2 phases....week 1 wld be 4 only ASP, that's why mails were sent 2 them first. While week 2 wld be 4 insprs then week 3 for constables.......d screening wld consist of credential screening and physical screening. Mind u, little oral interview wld also be conducted such as asking you to spell or read something......

Please I want to clarify an issue. We were told to be on white shirts/shorts, but no reference was made to canvass.

Hope I fit wear any colour of canvass?

Or are we to come on complete WHITE FOWL attire (white shirt, shorts and canvass)
