The Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT, has on Thursday, March 24, ruled that it has jurisdiction to hear the case against the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, for allegedly declaring false assets while he was Governor of Kwara State.

The Senate President had raised objections about the jurisdiction of the Tribunal to try him during its last sitting.
