Following his detention, arrest and subsequent initiation of legal suit for the collapsed building in Lekki, Lagos state, the Managing Director of Lekki Gardens, Richard Nyong, has been released The building had collasped at Kushenla Road, Ikate Elegushi, killing about 35 persons.
