Front Or Side Balcony? by thaqib(m): 8:13pm On Mar 25, 2016
Pls I want to be educated. My architect designed a plan for my 4 bedroom flat apartment and placed d balcony by the side. I e not facing d front of the house. Really don't have any problem with d plan except that. He argues that that's d new trend, and that it's OK. The front of the house has more space than the side, so my thought that better ventilation will be achieved. Also ow do u know what happens around when u are by d side and not in front undecidedPls I want to be educated. How about wen the trends fall's out ,
My simple advice is to do wat u are comfortable with. It u dat will have to live with that design not ur achitect.

Personally I like the front balcony, and if u say it has more space then u shud definitely go for the front.
