Maybe you have lots on your mind. Just like you've to turn off the lights, your cellphone and other distracting devices before you sleep/if you want to sleep well, you also have to turn off those thoughts. Bed time isn't the time to start thinking, otherwise you would just find yourself tossing and turning. I would also suggest drinking warm water and/or taking a magnesium supplement before bed. The best time to take magnesium is before bed; you will sleep like a baby. |
