Petrolage is currently looking to engage 10 business driven young graduates in its '2016 Talent Programme'. The training will last for 60 days and requires that participants be available at least 5 hours a day through out the period. You will be required to work from home and ensure to meet your weekly metrics in order to excel in this programme.

This training programme will expose participants to real life work conditions which include, client interfacing and acquisition, contract negotiation, bidding, business follow ups,etc, and will also avail all participants to to test run our new online platform. At the end of the programme, 3 people who have shown high level of performance will be absorbed into our team and will be offered full time employment.

Please note that the initial 60 days will not be paid for. This period is meant to expose participants to the rudiments of work life and then test ability to become key performers in their chosen areas of strength. Your first test will be on a Skype call so you need not apply if you do not know your way around this tool.

To be qualified for this, you will:

-Hold a degree or HND from a recognised school
-Be as sharp as a Tark.
-Be comfortable using Skype, MS Office and similar tools.
-Have strong communication skills
-Ability to think on your feet.
