Mods, I usually don’t do this but we need to make this go viral so that service providers would seat up-especially airline Operators.

We were scheduled for an Aero 11am flight from Lagos to Owerri today, 26th March, 2016. We didn’t leave till 1:15pm (from 11am!!) after the usual nonchalant apologies for the crew of Aero...

We got to Owerri and were waiting for our luggage at the baggage claim, after about 45 minutes, some people got their bags and some of us to our shock were told by the Aero Owerri Ground manager Mr Ignatius Omone that the pilot decided to leave some of our bags in Lagos!!! Excuse being that luggage were too much!!

Imagine the shock, why weren’t we asked in Lagos so that we can make a decision which bags to take or leave, or if we wanted to check in our luggage.
Some of us included a couple and a baby who had a wedding to attend in Awka, no change of clothes even for the baby, some of us don’t stay in Owerri or Imo state. Others don’t have any change of clothes, even underwear… (Affected also included Victor Osuagwu-Nollywood actor). A woman has been on the air for about 72 hours from abroad only to get home and realise that her bags were left in Lagos.

Aero are not offering to deliver our bags to our houses, that we should come back to the airport again tomorrow (27th March, 2016), please note that some of us stay outside Imo state, Awka, Umuahia, Aba, Mbaise…please mods do the needful, this impunity must stop!!

It's the airline's stock in trade. But I'll say people like their airline and that's why their flights are always overbooked.

You can imagine the shock....i've. never experienced anything like this before.

Why make such decisions on our stuffs without consulting the passengers first, we would have at least made a decision on which of our items to take along.
