I've worked in various poultry farms and I noticed some common biz-strategy,each entrepreneur adopts detrimental polices which discourage efficient and effective output.When i was studying 'agriculture' in college{LAUTECH}emphasis were drawn to this few basic management skills.
(1) LACK OF EMPATHY:Most entrepreneurs lack 'empathy' ,most employees can't manage with a job which is extremely drudgery and mean polices.
And most employee easily scheme out flimsy excuses and exit.Most times i advocate on behalf of the casuals but most entrepreneurs are adamant

(2) LOW REMUNERATION:This area should be adequately addressed.Low remuneration encourages pilfering and other vices.If your biz outfit can't promise a for your employees,your business can't last;it's just a matter of time,it'll fizzle out.
(3) VERBAL ENCOURAGEMENT:Don't shun your employees for any reason,most employers have this notion that after all,i paid them.please put yourself in their shoes,can you receive their remuneration for a week and be happy,if not always think otherwise.
