It guarantees PDP does not "die prematurely" as they would insist that Wicked Wike uses all the state's income to fund the party!
Remember that was how APC survived the 16 years of PDP tyranny at the centre..... the only difference is that Rivers does not earn what Lagos earns as IGR nor have an astute Fashola as their Governor!
