In Which Nigerian Universities (Private Schools Apart ) Mostly Will You Score 90/100 in your Post UTME and you will see Someone that Scored 25 or 30/100 gain admission before you due to Long Leg (Connections )

According to my Experience

Lagos State University (LASU) should be among

`Cos last Year I wrote their Post UTME after which I scored 54 and I applied for computer Sc.....Imagine someone that Scored 25 (same course) were given admission while I still dey house till now.....

Also one of my friend who scored 70 and applied for public admin were also ignored while we saw many applicants that didn't scored up to that but where admitted ......

Now Tell me Apart from Lasu which university can this also happen ?
