ENSURE GOOD HEALTH:
Sport is a way of keeping the body, soul and brain healthy. It helps strengthen musculoskeletal system, reduces extra weight, boost the mood and energy, help the body adjust to even routine activities, prevents complications especially in joints and muscles weakened by lack of movement, as well as boosts body immune against diseases; thereby, keeping the body and mind sound for academic and other essential engagement.

It also impacts positively in spectators by improving their mood, brings

about excitement, happiness and relaxation which in some ways reduces

depression and stress. It improves self esteem and confidence which also

help boost performances on and off the field.

Nothing else can make you feel better and have more energy while also

promoting happiness, brilliancy and longevity.
