Gmat Thread by ahahnow(op): 4:07pm On Mar 31, 2016
I searched everywhere on this forum for a GMAT thread and none exists so I want to start one. This thread focuses on those who want to take this exam to get into graduate school to get their MBA, MASTERS or what have you. I can share study material and others can share some with the group as well.

For those who do not know what the GMAT is: The Graduate Management Admission Test is a computer adaptive test (CAT) intended to assess certain analytical, writing, quantitative, verbal, and reading skills in written English for use in admission to a graduate management program, such as an MBA. It requires knowledge of certain grammar and knowledge of certain algebra, geometry, and arithmetic.

The GMAT does not measure business knowledge or skill, nor does it measure intelligence. According to the test owning company, the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), the GMAT assesses analytical writing and problem-solving abilities, while also addressing data sufficiency, logic, and critical reasoning skills that it believes to be vital to real-world business and management success.

My Story: I am 25. I have been out of school for about 3 years and now I want to pursue an MBA. By the grace of God, I will be joining the class of 2019. For now, I have this GMAT issue to tackle and I am looking for others on a similar path as mine. We can help each other solve questions here, share links and study materials and we can seek motivation amongst ourselves.
