The attention of the management of the University of Ilorin has been drawn to unfounded rumour about the purported release of the cut off marks for this year's admission exercise. This rumour has especially gained currency on some unauthorised websites and the social media.

All admission seekers should please take note that the University has not released any cut off marks. We suspect that this unfounded rumour is the handiwork of 419ers whose stock-in-trade is to milk unsuspecting candidates dry! Please don't fall into their trap. The University will not release any cut off mark until the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and the National Universities Commission (NUC) determine the national cut off marks.

It is possible that the fellows circulating that unfounded rumour probably copied last year's cut off marks and are passing it off on the social media as this year's.

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, UNILORIN IS YET TO RELEASE CUT OFF MARKS FOR THE 2016/2017 ADMISSION EXERCISE!

PLEASE TAKE NOTE!
