MSA is an indigenous African social enterprise dedicated to capacity building for health development focusing on institutional, organizational and management capacity. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions in the MSA Abuja Office

1. Position - Institutional Capacity Building Specialist

Purpose of position - Provide technical leadership and specialist input in the development, delivery, and evaluation of MSA institutional capacity building services.

Job Requirements: Qualifications: Masters degree in public or business administration or strong equivalent.

Experience: Five to eight years relevant work experience including consulting or planning and delivery of technical assistance preferably in health development organisations.

Skills and desirables: Excellent conceptual, analytical, facilitation, writing and oral communication skills; team playing qualities; and high computer skills especially the use of word processing, PowerPoint and Excel

2. Position Training Specialist

Purpose of position Provide technical leadership, specialist input and coordination in the development, delivery and evaluation of MSA training programs

Job requirements Qualifications: Masters degree in health, humanities or social sciences or equivalent.

Experience: Between five and eight years relevant work experience in managing public, NGO or private sector training programs preferably related to health. Must be an excellent trainer/facilitator and able to develop training curricula/materials.

Skills and desirables: Excellent conceptual, analytical, facilitation, writing and oral communication skills; team playing qualities and marketing experience; and high computer skills especially the use of word processing, PowerPoint and Excel

3. Position: Business Development Specialist

Purpose of position: Provide leadership, specialist input and coordination in developing and implementing MSA marketing and business development strategy to increase the revenue base.

Job Requirements Qualifications: Master degree in or equivalent in marketing or business administration. Experience: Five to seven years relevant work experience and proven achievements in marketing, fundraising/resource mobilisation, and business and proposal development.

Skills and desirables: Excellent conceptual, analytical and writing skills; oral and inter personal communication skills, public relations and marketing skills, as well as team playing qualities and experience. Computer literacy is also a requirement.

4. Position Knowledge Management Specialist

Purpose Provide leadership, technical inputs and coordination in developing and implementing institution/company-wide monitoring, learning and evaluation including documentation and analysis of learning, for strategic, operational and business planning

Job Requirements Qualifications: Masters degree or equivalent in social sciences including specializations in research, statistics and/or evaluation

Experience: Five to eight years relevant work experience in public, NGO and private sector research, monitoring and evaluation. Applicants from academia are encouraged.

Skills and desirables:, Research, data analysis and management skills, conceptual writing and oral communication skills; team playing qualities and experience; and high computer skills in the use of relevant softwares for data analysis and presentation.

5. Position: Executive Assistant

Purpose of position: To provide executive support services to the Office of the Country Team Leader (OCTL), to facilitate planning and execution of governance, leadership and management oversight responsibilities

Job requirements: Qualifications: First degree in social sciences with emphasis on areas related to administration

Experience: At least four years work experience in similar position public, NGO or private sector organizations preferably in health development.

Skills and desirables: Excellent organizational, public relations and computer skills; writing and oral communication skills; and team playing experience.
