One of the best decisions anyone could make is to turn his experience and expertise into a good book. In one way, this will enable such a person to make good and continual money. In another way, it will help others, who are on the same terrain or who wants to ply the same route, take the right decision and escape the mistakes they made.

Writing could be said to be words inscribed on a surface as a means of communication. It can also be said to be a system of graphic symbols to convey meaning or it can be an act of composing texts. Book writing is an activity or occupation of composing texts for publication. It is something that can be a hobby, and a career.

Who can write books?
Many people harbour this erroneous idea that only special and uncommon people, who live in ivory towers and who speak only the exotic languages of angels, can become writers. That is, those who couldn’t be mistaken anymore.

While it is true that a minority of writers lives in seclusion, and a few do not speak in comprehensible language, they do not represent the majority. Most of the successful writers are just common people like you, but with one difference: they exploited the opportunities available to them, and became well-known or well-loved writers.

Researches have showed that only about five per cent of the successful writers were born that way. The remaining 95 per cent did not come equipped from their mother’s womb. They learnt the art, science, and economics of writing through the hard way.

Any literate person, with the desire to write, and is willing to pay the cost can become a successful and well-respected writer.

Interestingly, there are so many good young and old writers in Nigeria. Many of them have financial constraints, hence they are unable to publish the hard copy of their books, while the few who has financial strength to publish hard copy battle marketing of the books. Different strokes for different folks!

However, the technological advancement in the world, which brought about the emergence of eBook marketplace raise a good hope for writers/authors who cannot produced the hard copy of their books, and also enable those who can produce hard copies to make more money. Yet, that has not fully solved the challenges of writers/authors in Nigeria, as there seems to be no fully-featured and automated eBooks Marketplace what has friendly terms and conditions (T&C) for Nigerians.

Selling on Amazon is daily becoming a nightmare. This is because the default format of ebooks on Amazon is Kindle, which is yet to gain popularity in Nigeria, while their T&Cs are also rather high. Another shortcoming I, among others, who sell on Amazon clearly noticed for the past almost three years now is the delay in payment.

However, I just stumbled on MyeBookHub eBook Marketplace, which I'm quick to adjudge as the #1 (Number one) eBook Marketplace in Nigeria. www.myebookhub.com is quite friendly, well-designed and fully-automated, and it is really easy to work with. MyeBookHub eBook Marketplace accepts both ePub (for Android and other mobile phones and tablets) and PDF format (for both android and other mobile phones, and laptop and desktop).

Uploading on www.myebookhub.com is as simple as ABC. Simply register as an author via www.myebookhub.com/vendor-registration, then send the scanned copy of your Identity Card (either national ID card, or Driver's Licence or the information page on your International Passport) to the marketplace official email, info@myebookhub.com. Individual writers/authors send their ID Cards, while publishing houses send the scanned copy of their Certificate of Registration to MyeBookHub Marketplace official email. The reason for sending a nationally/internationally recognised Identity Card, according to the marketplace team, is to curb fraud, reducing the tendencies of people selling another man's book. This, I believe without any shadow of doubt, that is very good.

How MyeBookHub Marketplace Operate
And after successfully registering as an author, then start uploading your eBooks, setting your price and start promoting your links. Authors or vendors, having signed up, have a dashboard, from which they monitor and control the activities on their books, including their sales commissions. On the dashboard, they can upload their eProducts, see the number of eProducts they have uploaded, the number of sales they have made, the amount of commission they have made, and also, they can delete any of their eProducts or update them.

The number of sales made on each of the products are also automatically published on the front-end of our marketplace. This perfectly ensures transparency.

Payment Arrangement
MyeBookHub eBook Marketplace pay authors/vendors 70% of the sales of their products on the marketplace. The payment is made into their Domiciliary or PayPal Account, as at when demanded. Though it is faster and quicker if the author or affiliate wanted the money paid into his PayPal account. This is because MyeBookHub eBook Marketplace pays author and affiliate once their commission is up to $50 into their PayPal account. But if it were paying into Domiciliary Account, your commission must be up to $100.

Affiliate Marketing
MyeBookHub eBook Marketplace also have a working and automated affiliate marketing, www.affiliate.myebookhub.com, to propel better sales of the products of the vendors on the marketplace. The affiliate subscribers help market products on the marketplace and they are paid 15% of the sales it makes through their affiliate links.

I have some eBooks on the platform, and my books are doing well, while MyeBookHub Marketplace, has not defaulted in the payment of my money.

You can as well try www.myebookhub.com to confirm my claims.
