Maxwell Chiwaya, 36, from Unyolo Village
TA Chikumbu, Mulanje, Malawi is currently being treated for burns
from his knees to his
penis and stomach after his 33-year-old
wife poured hot water on him as revenge for cheating on her.

The incident occurred
when a business person came to Chiwaya's house in
Area 49 to collect
cash for items Chiwaya's husband
got some time back.

She handed herself to the police on Tuesday, March 29.

the arrest of one, Juliet Chiwaya, from Malambima Village,

Police said they have
charged her with an
