Many people think that it's only when one commits murder, fornication, adultery, steal, lie etc that one risks the danger of going to hell. But, just saying you FOOL, FOOLISH man/woman etc puts one in danger of hell fire as much as the other sins we consider as grave sins. Jesus said " But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment; whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says, 'You fool!' will be liable to the hell of fire" -Matt. 5:22. Christians must therefore be mindful of this, considering how widely this word is now used. The drivers, passengers, madams/bosses, friends etc use this words carelessly not knowing the consequences. This is particularly important for the true believers in Christ. Daily sanctification is therefore very vital. Narrow indeed is the way that leads to eternal life, but God's grace is sufficient for us all. Amen.
