- I am head and shoulders above other Gameweek 3 entrants.
- I remain the only wk 3 entrant to hit the 300pt mark, even before some who started in the first week tongue
- I am just a few points away from Eldee Fc who declared war on me last week
- Hannibal FC Get thee the Bleep behind me

If Usain Bolt is running a 100yard dash with Obj it is only normal for Usain to give Obj a head-start, imma peg you back.Its nothing

Which headstart?

The 60 points I have sacrificed on transfers so far never do you?

Na me give you headstart, no be you give me.

Even my feeder club, Sooting Stars will soon overtake you.

The September form guide shows Sooting Stars at the top of the league with MEND FC not far behind.

New money must swallow old money.

@sweet peach
I think you should see the make transfers button provided you dont try to buy more than is required in each category: i.e 2 goalkeepers, 5 defenders, 5 midfielders and 3 strikers. Also dont try to buy more than 3 players from one team
I think you should pretty much read the rules from the site. Goodluck

Criz dear maybe i was just lucky. my strikers alone made more points than some pips whole team.
But i bought bent this week, same as u did keane, so maybe a bit of my managerial skills played a role cool
You didnt do badly urself. You leapfrogged a handful of 'big names' lipsrsealed grin

@Chamo
Obasanjo would rule the US before you climb to the top with that team of yours.Two of your strikers play for the worst offensive teams in the league u dont need haitian voodoo or headless chickens to tell u that team aint goin far

Zaki! that fluke
This ish is like stock market u got to master the art of choppin and cleanim mouth u need to know when a player's tank is on E and dispose em.Its all bout guesswork,probability,sheer luck and simple logic aka common sense e.g a home fixture at Anfield against a lower side and at times even top sides has a Fernando Torres brace written all over it

Tamuno calls halt to transfer spending
by Martin Samuel (Daily Mail correspondent)

Buoyed by last week’s 94 point haul, Barclays Fantasy Manager of the month, Ibime Tamuno has splurged a further £16m 16 points on new acquisitions, after which he drew a line under MEND FC’s transfer campaign. Tamuno is only the latest manager to call time on his transfer campaign following a similar declaration by Sir Alex Ferguson earlier this month. MEND FC’s latest acquisitions bring their total summer spending to £76m 76 points. Analysts have opined that MEND FC’s expenditure has seen them cede ground to their title rivals. However, Tamuno believes that such expenditure is necessary to keep the club competitive. As such, he has declared that barring injury or a force majeure, MEND FC will not be making any further purchases in the Extended Discount Window. Tamuno now believes that he has the most efficient squad that £100m has to offer. Perusing over his squad list, this journalist for one is inclined to agree.

Critics of MEND FC have argued that the latest points deduction have put an irrecoverable distance between MEND FC and bitter rivals Team Roc and Gateway FC. In response Tamuno stated that “Team Roc and Gateway FC are just noisy neighbours. Their early season flurry is nothing but initial gra-gra. They have reached their nadir and will find their level over time.” He went on to state that he believes that MEND FC’s only rivals are Sooting Stars, and every other team is just flattering to deceive. He also spoke extensively of his respect for Chun Li and the steady job she has been doing at Reptilez FC despite having to work to stringent budgetary constraints. His latest comments will only serve to fuel whispers that Tamuno will recommend Li as his successor at MEND FC when the managerial behemoth finally decides to call it a day.

Whether engaging in a game of brinkmanship with his rivals; or speaking of his admiration for other managers, Tamuno pulls no punches. He remains an irreconcilable pugilist, which bodes well for a captivating title race this season. Let’s just hope that his rivals are ready to rumble.
