In 2012 i sold a land for my uncle with a small Uncompleted BQ for 1m at ayetoro. Ayobo shud be more expensive. Uncle bot d land 50k in 1999.

Ayobo is after iyana ipaja,those places re far better than inside ikorudu and mowe.

omo mehn those area are lagos/ogun dead zones. only the toughest can survive there. Maybe for lagos ppl sha, na normal normalized thing.

500k land in Ayobo. OP will end up being scammed. U can't get any land in any developed part of Lagos for 500k..

Could remember visiting my friend last year. The place(ayobo) is more like a typical village setting.. Tho,far less developed compared to ikorodu,but far more secured and conducive

Those places are better than Ikorodu. If for nothing else, Ikorodu is a lawless town. Security is near zero. And it apppears the locals do not intend to help authorities bring perpetuators to book.
