LEGAL MANAGER

THE JOB

v Collect legal journals, circulars, communiqués.

v Conduct legal research before any contract is entered into by the company

v Manage the legal library.

v Ensure up-to-date and will indexed files and records are maintained.

v Organize and track important case documents, making them easily assessable to legal counsel.

v Carry out investigations regarding various cases handled by the Department.

v Prepare legal arguments, draft pleadings and motions to be filed with the court and obtain affidavits.

v Prepare written reports and opinions that counsels use when determining how cases should be handled.

THE PERSON/PROFILE/REQUIRED SKILL

v B.L./LLB.

v 5 years post bar experience

v Must have a good knowledge of law.

v Computer literacy.

v Report and Contract writing

v Communication skills.

v Managerial/Administrative skills.

v Legal drafting skills.
