Update on product review:
I like to thank all nairalanders who put faith in us and patronized our product (In this case powerbank).
I give a mighty gbose to Seun Osewa whose platform has helped many entrepreneur & sales rep meet tgeir target.
About 40days ago, we took delivery of 100 Samsung powerbanks and via NL we were able to sell 72 of them and others were sold to colleagues, friends, neighbours and families.



Out of this 72pb sold, we had complain on 6 of them. I will be listing the complains & solution in my next post.

COMPLAINS/REVIEW
1. Product discharges faster when it is on the last 2bars.
2. Product discharges fast e be like say na fake you sell to me
SOLUTION
We proferred the same solution to complain 1 & 2. Both set of customers were adviced to use oroginal chargers then observe again.
Till tomorrowcthey haven't said a word

3. The chargibg port isnt good, it removed while i was charging.
SOLUTION
Dont call Jonathan a bad name just because you want to vote him out. Simply say you made a mistake and took it out by force.
4. The powerbank was in a car and it melted, luckily the acid from the battery didnt cause any body damage.
SOLUTION
A very weird and unimaginable case, because the custoner was all the way in Abuja and to avoid it denting the company's good name & products.
I offered to repkace the Pb @ no extra cost.
