The APGA candidate for Councillor, Usuma ward, Chikezie Nwabunwanne is crying foul play about the absence of his logo in the ballot paper.

He said this is the second time his logo was not reflected in the ballot paper, even after resolving the matter at the tribunal.

His supporters, who described the act as sabotage, insisted that the election in the ward would not hold, threatening to disrupt the exercise.
